Everising HS-350NC & HS-460NC high speed fully automatic band saws

Everising has released a new fully automatic high speed column type band saw ideal for cutting those hard materials in two sizes. This machine is packed with technology inlcuding a servo motor and ball screw for down feed of the saw head for accurate and constant down feed pressure and speed. The in feed shuttle table uses linear guides and is driven by servo motor and ball screw for fast accurate material positioning. 

The machine can get up to 200m/min and use carbide tipped blades to cut normal and hard materials very quickly. Both shuttle and fixed vices are floating so this will reduce slippage on bowed bars. The guide arm is hydraulic and follows the moveable vice automatically when cutting different diameter materials. 

These machines also incorporate features such as hydraulic chip conveyor, hydraulic blade tensioning, full stroke vice clamping, inverter to control blade speed, blade breakage detector, touch screen user friendly NC control and guide arm on linear guides. Sizes are 350 & 460mm diameter.
