The main components used on the Yawei – Nisshinbo turret punches are all sourced from leading manufacturers. The end user can choose the type of controller they want being either Fanuc or Siemens both offering back up within Australia. The turret, indexing tool and reducer box are all imported from Japan, the turret is a thick turret for better guiding of the tools and accommodate Wilson tooling. The lower die has a rapid unloading system for quick changing of dies so the process is quick and easy.
The turret comes in a variety of different configurations 26 – 36 – 38 or 40 dies all with 2 auto indexing stations. The 38 die turret also comes with a fixed E station for further production capabilities. The hydraulic head and system is brought in from H & L (Germany ) and offers adjustable stroke and pressure on the punching head ensuring a quicker punching process.
The turret punch is a 30 ton machine and can punch up to 6.35mm mild steel or 4mm stainless steel. There is also different table sizes available from 1250 x 2500mm up to 1500mm x 5000mm.
